Okay I just went to try this and I was unable to modify the workout when I went to enter in my score (I needed to add an additional movement to make it more like an RX+ workout then what was written).

I guess that makes some sense, the reason I have run into this issues is I am trying to recreate past workouts while playing with Kilomodo to see how it all works. I will have a play with the work around you have suggested and see how that goes.

I just found another example. I was trying to enter in my score for a deadlift ladder (3 at 70%, 3 at 75% and 3 at 80% then max reps at 85%) and because I had not put in a PB/PR for my deadlift it gives me an invalid weight error.

I didn't notice till after I went to the PB section and enter in my deadlift 1RM that there is a little field up the top I could also have set the weight. My suggestion in cases where users don't have a PB for that movement that this field be highlighted red and prompt the user to enter their 1RM/what ever RM weight etc into it.

At a guess this is to do with the way that mysql by default stores the date and time in mm/dd/yyyy.

That is interesting (the storing in metric and then converting it). There are a few places I have found imperial sneaking through and I will report them back each time I find them.
