Interface Actions

Kilomodo's Workout Builder offers athletes all the flexibility to build their own workouts or customize existing ones.

Before getting started on building workouts, you should familiarize yourself with all the interface controls that the Workout Builder offers.


  The handle icon allows you to drag and drop Movements, Groups and Parts in the Workout Builder

These two buttons allow the athlete to collapse or expand all items in the builder

  This icon collapses and expands content

This icon duplicates content

This icon deletes content

This button adds new movements from the movement picker

This button creates new groups

This button adds new parts to the workouts

This button allows the athlete to schedule the workout they have built

This button allows the athlete to save the workout. This is saved either to their own library or as a draft. This button will turn green once all validation clears
